AVT Optimizer, or AVTO means Autonomous Virtual Torque Optimizer. It is basically an epicyclic gear box derived from something known for thousands of years (Chinese were writing about it about 4600 years ago). It is also mentioned in Hindu Rig Veda (Purusha Sukhta), that was known in verbal form as a prayer much longer and was written about the same time. This would mean the knowledge of the gears was spread throughout at least South Asia, but most likely, throughout other ancient civilizations.  

So what is AVTO? There are essentially four forms of mechanical devices that are known to do virtual work, that means, through their form add the force to the motion provided by something else. These mechanical devices are: gears, pulleys, levers and springs. There are also specific forces that create virtual work, and these are active forces such as external forces: applied and gravitational and internal forces such as spring forces or viscous forces. Reaction and constrain forces do not create virtual work. Perhaps, the easiest to understand the virtual work contribution, is to think of a wrench and a stubborn bolt which is impossible to loosen directly by hand. Apply a wrench to it and push a little on its arm, and the work is done. So who did this work? We leave the answer to you - maybe your curiosity will motivate you to search for the answers. All our equipment includes our AVTO.  AVTO is installed in any generator between the prime mover and the rotor, increasing the efficiencies of the ordinary rotary equipment several times. AVT Optimizer is essentially an extension of the prime mover and only modifies the instantaneous torque output of the motor without affecting its rotational speed. It is a gear box where the multi-dynamic interactions within the AVTO are manipulated with the objective to either increase the recipient's torque while preserving its rotational speed, or preserve the recipient's torque and rotational speed but decrease the prime mover. There are other functions as well, but this is another fascinating wonder of physics. 

We have developed special algorithms for AVTO.  However, the method of calculation and balancing the above mentioned  factors for each of the objectives is different for each application.  The degree of optimization depends on the dynamic behaviour of the equipment and safety considerations. 

The optimization of the existing equipment is performed by ITOptima Inc.,  an engineering company that is part of the Agragami Group and which eventually will be operating in most countries in collaboration with the local engineering companies specializing in specific industries.

The process of optimization in industrial and commercial facilities, airports, marine vessels, railways, cargo and public transport, including air transport, starts with evaluation of all existing and proposed rotary equipment in order to determine the degree of possible optimization and savings to the user, and comparing it with the costs. On average the ROI is about 15-24 months, but it can lower the costs of electricity by approximately 50% while completely eliminating fossil fuels or any kind of other inefficient power sources. AVTO is also applicable in jet aircraft and reusable space rockets, but this is a different approach than all other rotary equipment.  

While the objective of optimization is the ultimate transformation into electrically powered equipment and distributed generation, the reality for the next 10 years is a gradual transformation from the current modes of energy and realignment of economic drivers,  similar to the paradigm shift the world experienced with the computerization, wireless communication and internet.
